2012 Racing Fuel

Nepro is arranging to place our February 22, 2012 NMPRA Racing Fuel order for the 2012 season.

Nepro's fuel Tzar Mike Masi is pleased for our very favorable response.  He expresses continued interest in making it easy to get fuel to our members.

He is also considerate of any short term impact that this favorable response might have on our treasury.  In addition, and to lighten his load Mike has requested that Russ Levy handle all financial aspects of the purchase, to which Russ agreed.  At the time of this writing we have 16 gallons paid for.

2012 Nepro Race Format

In 2012 we have increased the number of races from which Nepro year end points are drawn.  Specifically, in AMA 424 we will change from best five races to the best six races.  In 2012, Nepro will no longer conduct AMA 426 as a demonstration and we will be competing for National points in this class.  We will draw from the best five races in AMA 426 to calculate the final standings at the end of our 2012 racing season.
